KP4, PUERTO RICO, NA-099 - SPECIAL EVENT

The Shield of Puerto Rico was granted by the Crown of Spain in 1511, making it the oldest coat of arms which is still used in South America. This 500th anniversary is celebrated by the Puerto Rico Amateur Radio League (http://www.prarl.org) with the special event station K4E from May 5-19. QSL via KP4ES (direct).
